Nosocomial (hospital acquired) infections are a growing problem and new infection threats seem to appear each year. Meritech systems provide an ideal solution for busy health care professionals who frequently are required to wash their hands dozens of times each day.
Our CleanTech line of products provides a fully effective wash that destroys 99.97% of the pathogens on your hands in 10 seconds. When compared to the CDC recommended 30-45 second manual hand wash, our systems save your employees time and have been shown to increase the frequency of hand washing by 3 to 4 times versus manual wash because our equipment is automated and easy to use.
Our systems are also "hand healthy" because they don't use a skin drying agent like alcohol. At the same time, our solutions do have an effective residual pathogen destruction property that has been shown to retain some infection control properties for up to 6 hours after a wash.

Customer Testimonials
"I was compelled to take this opportunity to write you and commend you on such a fine product, the CleanTech automated hand cleansing system. As one of the institutions in which the prototype was piloted, we can attest to the transformation from such to near-perfection. It meets and exceeds our patient care needs, in terms of reducing the spread of infection, and requires virtually no maintenance."
Eddie Rickenbacker -Principal Administrative Assoc.Intensive Care Units, Harlem Hospital Center

"I would like to take time to tell you how delighted we are with our two Meritech 2000 handwashing machines. The first one we have had nearly a year and a half on our step-down unit. It is placed in a central location so that everyone, nurses, doctors, therapists, housekeeping, etc. can take advantage of it. Since installation of the machine there has been 10,146 washes recorded on the counter. Our second machine was recently installed on the Burn ICU and the staff there is just as delighted as their peers on the step-down unit. We require all visitors to wash their hands before they visit their loved ones so this machine will get plenty of use from them as well as all the healthcare personnel. To date there are 3169 washes recorded on that counter. I would gladly recommend this machine to anyone and show it off to any groups that come to visit our unit."
Claretta Gamble, RN, MSN -Head Nurse, The Burn Center at Washington Hospital Center

"I am a pediatric dentist. It is critical that I keep my hands clean at all times. This machine is state of the art equipment that protects my patients and employees. If you are considering using this in your food service or infirmary area, I highly recommend it."
