Field Service Account Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated, self directed individual to join our service team to improve our level of customer support and responsiveness, and to increase our solution sales within assigned territories. Meritech is a market leader in employee sanitation and hygiene technology; most notably through the manufacture and sale of a patented line of automated hand and boot hygiene and sanitization equipment systems.
The ideal candidate is someone who is: able to represent Meritech in a professional, courteous and professional manner; mechanically inclined and able to service our equipment in the field and; able to promote and increase solution sales within a defined territory.
Job Characteristics/Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to professionally represent Meritech and to develop customer relationships to promote the consumption of our products and services.
- Heavy travel to key accounts in defined territory to service equipment, advance the consumption of our solutions and identify additional equipment placement opportunities.
- Mechanically inclined in basic plumbing and electric with the ability to do basic problem solving.
- Ability to communicate technical information in written and voice mediums.
- Basic computer skills: e-mail, Microsoft Office.
- Ability to keep detailed records and file weekly reports in timely manner.
- Ability to do set-up and tear-down of trade show materials.

Inside Sales Manager
A fast growing Colorado based manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated sales professional for the position of Inside Sales Manager.
Meritech, Inc., headquartered in Golden, Colorado has two immediate openings for proven leaders in the area of inside sales and customer service support during an exciting period of high growth. Currently there are two positions available. Extensive experience in phone contact with customers and prospects is required. High energy and the ability to be versatile in job duties are also necessary to succeed in this growing company. Experience in administrative skills, customer service, and equipment sales is required.

Candidates must be able to interact with customers in many different industries daily. Support to existing customers via phone to ensure their satisfaction, increase customer sales via customer calls, support to outside sales team, and sales administrative duties are all important daily requirements of these positions.
Both positions report to the Director of Sales. The ideal candidates will have the experience and the energy to contribute in all areas of the company’s growth and development.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Sales and two Sales Managers within the sales Team by providing phone support, quotations, proposals, spreadsheets, travel arrangements, calendars, etc.
- Answer customer questions about products, pricing and availability
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Gain a good technical understanding of our products
- Candidate will be trained and able to handle customer and prospect inquiries and concerns Calls to existing customer base to assure
satisfaction and promote chemical sales/contracts.
- Maintain chemical contracts, buying trends, promote new chemicals and company products.
- Sales Order entries, quotations, and reports using Great Plains Software on a daily basis
- Travel may be required for tradeshows and prospect presentations
Qualifications:
- Successful candidates will have at least 3 years of customer service or sales experience as well as proven high level administrative skills.
- Extensive experience with Great Plains Software a definite plus for entering customer information, quotations and sales orders.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Strong telephone, negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Microsoft XP, Vista, Outlook, Excel, SalesForce.com, internet explorer skills, are all valuable skills to the positions.
- Proven experience in customer service contact either via phone or in person in an effort to increase sales of a commodity or capital equipment required.
- Must have high energy, outgoing personality, a positive attitude, flexible, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service excellence.
