Wall Mount Handwashing System

The Cleantech 500EZ is our newest entry into the automated hand washing market. Utilizing patented Meritech technology, the 500 series units provide the outstanding cleaning efficacy and benefits of the entire CleanTech series, at an affordable price. The 500 EZ is designed for speed and precision, and can accomodate 5 people per minute with ease.

The 500 is typically used at a processing point-of-entry, remote processing areas where frequent hand washes are required, allergen-sensitive areas and food clean rooms. The unit provides built in solution storage.

Compliance Monitor - Not only does CleanTech® perform the wash so you know it's being performed correctly, it also provides a cycle counter so that handwashing frequency can be easily verified for your SSOP, HACCP, and GMP programs.

Solution Monitor - Indicates handwash solution flow. Empty reading indicates empty solution containers; Normal reading indicates satisfactory solution flow; and Blocked reading indicates blocked solution line.

Stainless Steel, Corrosion Resistant - Like all of our equipment, the CleanTech 500 EZ can be installed in wet, cold environments where sanitation is performed. This system uses corrosion-resistant components inside and out (NEMA 4X or 6 rated).
